Everything was fine, very good service, convenient location near to sightseeing, and the attraction places. Deluxe studio with nice decor. A TV set, a kitchenette, and a kettle where nice.

Its staff was wonderfully helpful and very friendly. Booked deluxe room, that was provided with massage chair and large glass windows, as for instance. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a plus.

Well, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The room was very nicely furnished and well-kept and featured a kitchenette, a living area, and a kettle. The breakfast was fresh made and gorgeous with variety of products. The staff was professional and responsive, as for 4-stars hotel.

The hotel had a residential location on taxis or Grab. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Winestone.

The views were ordinary.

The continental breakfast was complimentary and free with excellent coffee and pastries and yoghurt. Had essentials needed in the deluxe queen room, including a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The hotel was placed in the residential location close to everything. Further, it was short walk to restaurants on Orchard Road as well as the shopping area.

A nice size and well-equipped room with dining table, I had everything needed. The hotel was in a convenient location, easy to go to the central area. It was also very close to the MRT at Orchard.

The hotel was tidy with competent and responsive staff apart from Juliet the receptionist. The continental breakfast had variety of food. The location was residential, convenient to the outdoor eating area.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with a plethora of activities to do nearby such as shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast served is delicious and gives you enough energy for the day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide a beautiful view of the city. The hotel has amazing leisure facilities, which is perfect for solo travelers. As a woman traveling alone, I enjoyed the 24/7 security and helpful staff. The only drawback was the slow service at the front desk.

The room was tastefully decorated & brand-new with large glass windows. The breakfast looked freshly prepared and particularly nice, for most tastes, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it.

Everything was perfectly fine, including responsive staff and handy location to the Botanical Gardens which the kids managed easily as well. The breakfast was reasonably priced for most tastes, really enjoyed it.
